This page explains how the platform handles school data and visitor enquiries.
We collect school, staff, student and parent information only to operate the ERP, deliver communication, provide support and improve platform reliability.
School data belongs to the subscribed school tenant. We use role-based access, tenant isolation, audit trails and operational controls to protect it.
We do not sell school data. Data sharing is limited to approved service providers such as hosting, payment, email, SMS and WhatsApp providers required to run the service.
Schools can request correction, export or deletion support according to their subscription, applicable law and retention requirements.
