These terms explain allowed platform use, school responsibilities and subscription rules.
Aristonic School ERP is provided as a cloud school management platform for authorised school users.
Each school is responsible for creating correct user access, maintaining lawful student and parent records, and using communication features with approved sender identities and templates.
Platform access can be limited or suspended if payment, security, misuse or legal compliance issues are not resolved.
Final commercial terms, modules, support level and service limits are confirmed in the active subscription plan or signed agreement.
